The variable catalog can be accessed either through the display menu or through the context menu for text. It contains all variables – both those passed from the leading system to Stylo and those defined in Stylo. They can be distinguished by the symbols before the name. In earlier versions of Stylo, the terms user fields and text injections were used.
Handling
The adoption of variables into the text occurs through a double-click.
If the cursor is positioned on a variable, it will be displayed as highlighted. With a single click on the name in the catalog, the variable functionality can be removed. The content remains displayed but is plain text.
If you select an entry from the list with a single click, editing of the variable is possible. This is done using the icons from the list.
