Upload Images
The function is provided through the context menu (see above). Additionally, an image can also be uploaded via the floating toolbox or the toolbar if it is an image frame:
This function is used to load your own image into the display area, an image frame (rectangle/ellipse). First, an image is selected from the local system using "Browse". Alternatively, you can also place images in Stylo via drag & drop.
The allowed image formats are specified in the Stylo administration. By default, JPEG and PNG are permitted. Other allowed formats must be enabled for use in the administration.
Once an image is uploaded, every resizing checks whether the images meet the quality requirements defined in the Stylo administration.
Note on Drag & Drop: Drag & drop cannot be toggled on and off by object type. The function is disabled when uploading images
- to displays,
- to the image, and
- to the image frame
is prevented.
Upload Image Directly
An image can be loaded into a Stylo document without the user having selected an image frame. This function can only be accessed via the toolbar.
