Yes, it exists. It will be displayed as soon as Stylo detects that a number frame is active, provided it has been activated in the rights management. This change dialog, where you can select and modify existing alphanumeric characters (but no symbols from Pi scripts), can be found in the context menu under the name "Decorative Text".
